No. We collect and weigh your laundry first, then send you the final price for approval. Payment is requested only after you approve.
Is my pickup automatically confirmed?
No. Submitting a request is an enquiry. FreshFold must confirm availability and collection arrangements with you.
How long does it take?
Turnaround time depends on the collection and processing arrangements. We will confirm the expected timing with you before accepting the order.
