01 — Request
Send us your pickup details and any care instructions. A request is not confirmed until FreshFold contacts you to confirm availability and arrangements.
02 — Collection & weighing
We collect your laundry and weigh it so the price is based on the actual weight.
03 — Price approval & payment
We send you the final price. You can review and approve it before payment is requested. We do not ask you to pay at the initial request stage.
04 — Wash, dry, fold & return
Once the price is approved and the order is processed, your laundry is returned neatly folded. Collection and delivery timing is confirmed individually.
Your request is only a request until we confirm the collection details with you.
